Dialex - communications for the world of fax and telex

Dialex is a cobol product which adds communications facilities to users desktops whilst resting system control and management with the administrator. One fax/telex line can be shared by multiple users and multiple companies or departments (each with there own logo and response data)

Use a Class 2.0 fax modem for each fax line (typically US Robotics 56K Voice Faxmodem from 3COM) or the Ascom Fax gateway. The Ascom HTU for each telex line. Cobol runtime is from various suppliers noted below. Be sure that the hardware used is compliant within the country intended for use.
